the heater made an awful lot of noise. We were offered a room on the first floor but advised the heater made a lot of noise so we decided to keep our room on the 2nd floor. I don't think the heater on the first floor could have been any louder than in our room. Did not allow for a very good sleep. The Hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the tourist section of Niagara Falls. Lots of restaurants and stores. Only complaint was the heater. Needs some TLC, I think.

Please check the outlet on the lamp between the beds room 105. Any plug we put in is loose, nearly falling out. Loved that it is dog friendly, its why we chose this hotel! However, rooms on the first floor near reception are subject to a lot of chatter and noise as the door between the rooms and lobby is continuously propped open. Because this hotel is dog friendly there is no carpet (excellent idea) and therefore sound echo's and travels more.
